Tracy Pritchard (MS, CNS, LDN)

Tracy is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) who is board certified by the American Nutrition Association and licensed by the state of Maryland as a Dietician/Nutritionist (LDN). Tracy received her B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Rochester and her M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.

She served as a Marine Corps logistics officer before pursuing her career as a nutritionist. She believes the right habits play the most important role in one’s health and wellness journey. She focuses on a "good, better, best” approach to help clients make lasting changes.

Her work as a nutritionist was born out of love for food and science, and wanting to understand health at a deeper level. Her integrative and functional background focuses on food, movement, sleep, and stress to unlock the body’s potential to heal. Tracy meets people where they are to help them implement changes in order to achieve results.

She is married and has three kids in high school and understands the need for realistic goals and simplicity. She has experience as a clinical nutritionist, nutrition consultant, guest speaker for a variety of groups ranging from children to seniors, and continues to work with Veterans at Warfighter Advance.
