As we come across situations that we would have never chosen nor expected, it can often feel that we have too much to handle emotionally or we are not enough to endure our circumstances, let alone thrive.

As a counselor, I’m here to walk with you as you navigate wherever you find yourself. Whether you want space to process or some tools for your journey, know that in your sessions, I am here for you.

I have experience working with people from ages 12 and up during seasons of change, grief, anxiety, and depression. In our session, you can expect that I will listen to you and support you while also helping you confront the challenges you’re facing.

Fun facts:

I’m a runner so I know first-hand the benefits of getting outside and moving. But as a reader, I know, too, the joy of a story and a reading nook.

I love connecting my body, mind, and spirit with these habits and would love to know about your own passions!
