Whether you are a parent who wants to support their child or an individual choosing to look for something more, deciding to seek outside guidance and support takes courage. It can feel scary taking that first step because you don’t know who you or your child is going to see or what the experience will be like. As a parent, I have had to navigate the struggles of finding the right resources to support my children in getting their needs met. As an individual who has done my own personal work and as a parent, I understand how difficult it is to find someone who understands, listens without judgement, and can help navigate you through struggles.
I strive to be authentic, honest, and create a space that feels safe to allow natural progression and growth to occur. A parent/caregiver is an expert of their child. An individual knows themself better than I ever could. I collaborate with you and all that you bring to the table to work toward your goals. If you are confused about what you want or the direction you want to go in, that is okay, too. We will work together to find something that works for you.
I was born and raised in the Midwest and decided to be adventurous and explore the East Coast. I met my husband in Maryland, and now we have two children. The outdoors, dance parties with my littles, bigfoot adventures, and Mexican food make my heart happy!
