Amber Noegel, LGPC

I am a licensed graduate professional counselor with experience working with clients aged 5 and up with a variety of concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and other conditions. It has been an honor to work with each of my clients and to be able to grow alongside them. After graduating with my Master’s degree, I joined Hope and Healing Therapy and Wellness’ team in August 2023.

My goal as a provider is to work with my clients to achieve their personal goals and expectations. I firmly stand in the idea that each individual is the expert of themself, and it is my job to meet each person where they are and collaborate with them. Life can present a variety of challenges, and I’m truly thankful for my clients’ trust to walk with them through such hardships.

Providing a safe, non judgemental environment for you to process your thoughts and feelings while working toward your goals is very important to me. When we work together, I am happy to listen empathetically and work with you to navigate the highs and lows of life. Again, you are the expert of yourself and this is a place for you to feel seen and heard as well as learn and grow.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, being outside, and spending time with family and friends.
